Architectural wall covering over an indoor pool for a residential project. Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer (GFRP) was the ideal for this project because of its ability to repel water and humidity. The client had never worked with GFRP and not sure what the limitations of the composite were. We were asked to provide design ideas based on the client brief. Our design team was inspired by a drawing of a dolphin. Its sleek design and fluid curves provided the initial start to our wave wall design. After the design was approved, we created a 3D autocad model file which was placed in our CNC machine to create the template for the mold. Once the template was made we ensured that it met all of the necessary requirements. We also ensure our installation components are perfect. This will make installation simple and easy. When everything is perfect we create the mold. Right from the start we focus on parts designed for easy and fast installation.
